eSIM Card Registration - Bali Easy

eSIM Card Registration - Bali Easy

Thank you for choosing Bali Easy for your Indonesian eSIM!

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You can activate your eSIM before or after arriving in Bali. However, you MUST use it on your arrival date (as per your KYC form) to avoid your number and IMEI being blocked. If blocked, you’ll need to visit a Telkomsel GRAPARI office in person to reactivate.

To follow Indonesian regulations and get your eSIM activated, please complete the form with accurate information and upload the required photo. Telkomsel will activate your eSIM once we receive everything needed.

To make sure installation goes smoothly, please:

  1. Confirm your phone isn’t tied to a local carrier and can work on the Indonesian network.
  2. Upload all necessary photos and screenshots as mentioned in the form.

Make sure to complete the form at least 24 hours before your planned activation date.

Each eSIM needs its own form submission. If you’ve ordered multiple eSIMs, be sure to insert the correct one into the right device when you arrive in Indonesia.

Thank you for choosing Bali Easy! We aim to give you a smooth experience.

We respect your privacy. Your information is used only for activation and is deleted within 14 days after activation, as required by law.

Please enter your email address. We’ll use it to send you updates on your eSIM registration.

Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your passport.

Enter the order number (e.g. 1667, 2003, etc) you received when purchasing your eSIM. You can find this in the confirmation email.

Enter the last two digits of the eSIM phone number we sent in the QR code email to complete activation.

Example:
If the Indonesian phone number in your email is +62812 3938 2588, enter 88.

Note:
If you bought more than one eSIM, please fill out a separate form for each eSIM using the phone number from the QR code email.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must submit a valid passport for activation. Any fraudulent activity or misuse for illegal purposes will result in legal action.

Upload a clear photo of the front page of your passport.

For the best result, please ensure:

  • The passport is fully visible and not cropped.
  • The image is clear, without glare or reflections.
  • The text and numbers are readable.
  • The passport is placed flat and not bent.

Tips for taking a proper passport photo:

  • Use your phone’s rear camera for better quality.
  • Place passport on flat surface (e.g., table or suitcase).
  • Do not scan it—use your phone’s camera to take a photo.

Note:

  1. Refer to the provided example. Only upload image in JPG or PNG format.
  2. Each passport can register a maximum of 3 eSIMs and link them to 3 different phones.

Please provide the IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 numbers of the phone where this eSIM will be installed. Get your IMEI number by dialing *#06# on your phone. Upload a full-screen, unedited screenshot of your IMEI. This will help us activate your eSIM correctly.

Updated Regulation (Effective May 1, 2025):

The Indonesian government now permits an IMEI to be registered only twice and valid for 30 days.

In Indonesia, only one IMEI per phone can be registered to use the Telkomsel network. To ensure we register the correct IMEI for your eSIM, please follow these steps carefully:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Install our eSIM on your phone and make sure it is turned ON.
If you are using an iPhone and the status says “Activating” please ignore this and continue to step 2.
  2. Once the eSIM is installed and turned ON, go to your device’s settings to find your IMEI and network information (see below for instructions).
  3. iPhone/iOS: Go to Settings → General → About → scroll down to find the IMEI and Network (should show “Telkomsel”).

Android: Go to Settings → About Phone/About Device → find the IMEI and Network (should show “Telkomsel”).

  4. Take a screenshot of your IMEI and network information screen while the eSIM is active / ON (even if you are not connected to the Telkomsel network yet).

⚠️ Note: This process helps us identify the correct IMEI that will be used with your eSIM / SIM Card for Telkomsel registration in Indonesia.

Please specify the type and model of your phone (e.g., iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S21, Google Pixel 7, etc.).

This specific pose helps us verify that you are the same person as in your passport. To ensure accuracy, we need a spontaneous, unedited selfie that follows the example.

Rules:

  • Match the pose exactly (with a peace sign ✌️).
  • No edits, filters, or AI-generated images.
  • No sunglasses or face coverings.
  • Face must be clear.
Photo is for verification only and kept secure.
