At eSIM Bali Easy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help make things right.

Can I Get a Refund?

You can get a refund if you return your item within 30 days of buying it. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you got it. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

What Items Can’t Be Refunded?

Some items can’t be refunded, including:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable products

• Any item that has been opened or used

How Do I Request a Refund?

To get started with your refund, contact our customer service team at esim@balieasy.com. We’ll give you the details on how to return your item.

How Does the Refund Process Work?

Once we get your returned item and check its condition, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It might take a few days for the refund to show up.

What If I Don’t See My Refund?

If your refund hasn’t shown up yet, first check your bank account again. Then reach out to your credit card company because refunds can take a few days to process. Still having trouble? Contact us at esim@balieasy.com.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We’ll exchange items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, reach out to our customer service team for help.
